Project Clean Stream!

Trash is not the largest problem that the Chesapeake Bay faces, but it is definitely one of the easiest to eliminate. Get outside, volunteer for a stream cleanup & make a difference for your community and the Chesapeake Bay!

2016 Results: 73,000 volunteers removed 3.3 million lbs of trash from 3,781 sites!

The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay is a regional non-profit that supports volunteer cleanup site captains by helping to connect you with a site coordinator and provide you with supplies to assure you have a successful cleanup event. Check out the map to find a cleanup in your neighborhood, or register your own here

*Cleanups taking place March 1 – May 31 will be supported
